Saving you time and money

If an accident is not your fault, you do not have to use your own insurance company. We can, on your behalf, pursue injury claims, loss of earnings, protect your no claims bonus, replace your helmet and kit, and also provide a suitable hire bike, delivered when and where you want it.

We have a fully qualified staff with approved workshops for all your motorcycle and scooter needs. In the most extreme cases, if your bike is deemed a write off, you will receive a cheque for the bike's pre-accident value, plus you get to keep the bike!

What to do after an accident?

  • Stop at the scene if you think the accident has caused injury, or damage to vehicles or property
  • Call 999 (or 112) immediately if anyone is injured or the accident is causing a hazard
  • Stay calm and do not lose your temper
  • Get details from all parties involved: Driver's name, address and licence details, insurance company name, contact details and policy number
  • Vehicle details, including make, model and registration number
  • Carry a camera, or use your mobile. Get photos of the scene, vehicles and injuries
  • Complete your own description of events, with pictures of the scene
  • Notify your insurance company after the collision. You must do this whether or not a claim is to be made or whose fault it was

What will we do for you?

  • If your motorcycle clothing/helmet is damaged we will replace like for like

"I've been taking my bikes to Chris for 3 years. He's a proper mechanic with an eye for detail; he'll notice the little things that only you know about your bike. If you have a small exhaust leak that others missed he'll notice it and fix it with the service; if you've lost a number plate bolt it'll come back to you with a new one. Rare.
He knows more about your bike than you do ("that's not standard"/"they suffer from this or that technical problem"/"people do this modification to them, don't do it because it looks rubbish") so he knows how to care for it mechanically. 
I recently took my XJR 1300 for its major service (valves, fluids etc) after the previous owner had neglected it and it came back completely transformed; I've had numerous small services on other bikes and also some crash damage repaired and have always found it done to a high standard. "
